We are a class A contractor with advanced technical building, which is as high as you can go in the state of Virginia.  The only thing that we can't pull permits for are the specialty trades, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.  If we ever have any work where we have to do that we coordinate with the appropriate contractors. We have class A electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors that we work with.  Other than that we can pull permits for anything.  For example in some cases people have flat roofs which they want converted to a pitch roof. This means that we have to put on a prefab truss system. We will actually have to do the framing and convert it into a pitched roof.  We can do all of that work or room additions,  We can do the framing, the concrete, all of those things except for the specialty trades mentioned above where we bring in our partner contractors.

Structural Repairs by a Licensed Contractor

There are a lot of roofing companies that are not licensed to make structural repairs. When they tear a roof off and there is a lot of structural damage they will go ahead and make or attempt to make the necessary structural repairs. Technically they are not supposed to be doing that.  That type of work is only supposed to be done by someone who has the licensing and approval required to do framing and structural repairs.  These are two completely different trades.  But we are licensed as high as you can go in all of those areas allowing us to perform the complete job required to reroof your home.
